This Website (“Site”) is owned and operated by The Houston Maritime Education Center and Museum (“We” / “Us” / “Our”), 2311 Canal St, Houston, Texas 77003.

We provide the content, products, memberships, and subscriptions on this Site, in support of our mission to capture and preserve the wonder and influence of maritime history and the marine industry with focus on the development of Houston, the Texas Gulf Coast, and the State of Texas.

These Terms Policies are enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America.

Membership Subscriptions

Houston Maritime offers Membership Subscriptions, providing a variety of benefits at different levels. Membership Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. By default, subscriptions to memberships auto-renew using the credit card provided when the subscription to the membership was created. For more information on how we store credit card information, see our PRIVACY POLICY.

Houston Maritime is not responsible for overdraft fees or penalties due to Your Membership Subscription’s regular renewal.

Membership Subscriptions are non-transferable, non-refundable. Membership Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the member. Membership cancellations are charged the full remainder of the subscription period.

Houston Maritime reserves the right to terminate Membership Subscriptions for any reason without notice. Houston Maritime reserves the right to change membership benefits at any time.

Houston Maritime reserves the right to change the pricing of any Membership Subscription at any time. Your Membership Subscription will be grandfathered in for up to 1 year from the posted date of the change. You can update, change, or cancel your Membership Subscription at any time.
