Laurence Shallenberger worked for 55 years in the International Oil and Gas Industry, onshore and offshore. He began his career as a roughneck on drilling rigs and retired from Exxon after 40 years as an Engineering Technologist. Sailing and scuba diving are among his many hobbies.
