Kelly Barwick (WiMOS)

Kelly Barwick is a Chartering Specialist/Voyage Coordinator for Phillips 66 Marine. Kelly started her career with Phillips 66 Marine in May of 2015 as an Operations Coordinator. She managed logistics for all the International crude vessels all over the world as well as all the US Gulf Coast ship to ship lightering operations. In 2020, as part of the Global Marine Assurance team where she protects the interests of Phillips 66 through Vetting, Inspections, Audits, and Commercial Health, Safety and Environment(HSE) duties

Allison Branner (WiMOs)

Allison is the Regulatory and Compliance Coordinator at Terral RiverService, Inc.  She graduated from Texas A&M University at Galveston with a Bachelor’s in Marine Biology before beginning her career in the maritime industry at Kirby Inland Marine, an inland barge company. She has a wide range of industry experience ranging from vessel dispatching, sales, and operations, to barge maintenance & new construction.  She is currently Vice President of the Houston Chapter of WIMOs, and sits on the Safety Leadership Advisory Panel of the American Waterways Operators (AWO). 

Hallie Pendleton (WISTA)

Hallie Pendleton joined WISTA in 2020 right before the pandemic shut everything down and she is currently serving as co-president for the WISTA Texas chapter. Hallie works for Biehl & Co., a shipping agency, as the Strategic Planning manager. Her primary focus is on project management and systems development to improve efficiencies for both agents and customers. She also has over 10 years’ experience in transportation compliance, logistics, customer service, and business development.

Doreen Badeaux (WISTA)

Doreen Badeaux has been a WISTA Member for 7 years. She is currently Co-President for WISTA Texas.  Doreen works for the Apostleship of the Sea of the United States of America screening and approving Catholic priests for ministry onboard Cruise Ships. She has been involved with maritime ministry since 1995, working with the Port Arthur International Seafarers’ Center, Stella Maris – Diocese of Beaumont, and the Port Arthur Area Shrimpers’ Association.  She is passionate about Seafarer Well Being, including access to shore leave and crew change.

Captain Lindsay Price (Women Offshore)

Captain Lindsay M Price is a 2007 graduate from SUNY Maritime College. After graduation, she moved to Houston, Texas and has been employed by G&H Towing Company since. Lindsay is the Director of Advocacy for Women Offshore and she stays involved in the maritime community by mentoring tug employees within G&H and working with local maritime high schools. She is a contributor to SeaSisters.org, and a member of both WISTA and WIMO’s.
